Rudi
The reason I let out Addai and Johnson is that this is Addai's first year as the premiere back and although it would be hard to fail in Indy's system no one is sure if he can handle the load all season long. None the less he is still a good pick. Larry Johnson however is all that they have in Kansas City and every knows it. Anytime they play someone there will be at least 8 in the box if not 9 at times. Plus last year he carried a record 400+ times. I have to think it would be difficult to do that again and take the same if not more abuse. Alexander maybe a risk coming on an injury year, but he should flurish with seatle's easy schedule. Rudi is a nice pick that i would pick between 6-10 because he puts up consistent numbers and is in an offense that I believe will excell this year.
I hope this helped

Top 5 RB's.... LT, Steven Jackson, LJ, Brian Westbrook, Joseph Addai. Many would put Frank Gore and Shaun Alexander in there, but here is why I don't. Gore had one good year, but he still plays for the 49ers. If Alex Smith can stop throwing INT's and hold on to the ball more, he will be a very solid pick. Alexander had a bad season last year, it is always a risk to pick someone who is coming off an injury season. Meanwhile, Westbrook has been solid every year and Addai is on a team where he will always have big holes because opposing D's have to play the pass against Indy.
Rudi Johnson should probably be taken in the early 2nd round.

It depends on your scoring system where Rudi would go. If you are in a point per reception league Rudi's stock drops b/c he does not catch many passes. If it is a standard scoring league without ppr then Rudi moves ahead of Westbrook, Bush, Maroney, etc., and would probably be drafted around 7-8. The biggest thing with Rudi is his consistency, you know what you are going to get year after year. Good luck this season.
