Drop a damp cloth, I repeat a damp cloth over the pan and turn off the heat source. Don't try pouring water or anything like that on it it'll spread the trouble.

Always keep a little fire extinguisher nearby.
On the cheap: big box of baking SODA.
If roommate is drunk, why are you letting him/her play with fire??

Fire extinguisher, baking soda, covering it with a lid or wet dish towel.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FAN FLAMES OR POUR WATER ON IT. THIS MAKES IT SPREAD FASTER!
Be safe and enjoy your meal.
