This morning some one made a comment about a pic. of mine.....yeah it was my mom who said it . ha ha

I was told I had not changed, that I was still as pretty as when I left the States.
I was surprised, since 2 years and 2 months away does not necessarily change anyone's looks radically!
But what the heck...it is still a harmless compliment...so I just shrugged my shoulders and meant; So who really cares!

The other night, I had some friends over (all women) and we were sitting out back, and I went out to the woods to do my thing, and they followed me once, and, um , well, with four of them there I think I may have blushed, but I had a lot of beer in me and it was dark, so I am not sure.
They all left firly soon after, without further ado. My computer was still on, I asked a drunk question, then went to bed, alone.
But I had nice dreams.

A customer at my work (a law library) complimented me on my customer service. He's a regular (retired attorney) who comes in to work on some legal stuff in the computer lab.
He's a very sweet guy and would always tell me that God would bless me in so many different ways :)

My man's oldest son(will be 10 in two weeks) told my boyfriend that he considers me his "stepmom" even though my boyfriend told him that isn't the case until he and I get legally married! *tear* That made me feel really good to hear him verbalize his acceptance of me to his daddy. I have been with his dad since he(the boy) was about 8 months old, and once we got over our little power struggle that lasted a little more than a month, he really likes me! His father and I have a five year old and a 19 month old together.

My roomie told me this morning I was looking hot. Not much compliments since then because I am by myself in the office today.

Somebody copied my style. So it may not be an overt compliment but I was flattered, for the person is fastidious and as they say 'imitation is the best form of flattery'...

Just 15 minutes ago. My last patient said he had never been treated better in his many visits to our facility. That made me feel great! That is what it is all about...great customer service.
