Yes, I have done this before. I feel like I am going to pass out and get dizzy and disoriented and then lay in the bed and feel so tired that I can't actually go to sleep. It's kind of scary.

Did that yesterday, in a recuperation day, about 2PM or so I got the head bobs in front of the tube, thought I broke my neck, went to lay in bed and never fell asleep.
