A little window keeps popping up saying " windows explorer has stopped working".....and it also says that it is searching for a solution to the problem! Whenever it pops up it freezes my computer, and it takes me forever just to check my emails!I tried to do a anti-spyware thing, but it didnt help!!
Please help....i need my computer for school!
I dont know what to do!!!

Hi Nicole.
Try running a virus and spyware scan in Safe Mode.
To do that, restart the PC and as it start's keep hitting the F8 key.
You should have the option to start in Safe Mode. Windows will load but with just the basics. Then you can run a scan and hopefully get rid of what you have.

This is common for now download mozilla firefox and use it as your browser. Then call up the geek squad.

What antivirus software are you using? Antispyware software alone is not enough. It sounds like something nasty is attached to your browser.
