I'm 16, and I don't plan on ever smoking. My parents can barely walk up and down the stairs without needing their inhalers and they quit years ago.

I quit last January (after having pneumonia twice & pleurisy) and can really tell that I breath much better and I can tolerate the heat much more. I didn't realize how much those things stank. I can't stand to smell my bf now. He'll not have had a cig in a while and I can still smell it in his hair, ew.

Yes, but not much. I intend on quitting soon. my dad has emphysema from smoking. you'd think I would have quit by now. Believe it or not, he still smokes! smoking is such a bad, expensive habit. It's proven addictive, so it is hard to quit. But I will. soon.

Yes...unfortunately. I tried quitting many times (for the sake of my singing and health), but life kept beating me down...causing me to smoke that much more!

Nope!! I'm asthmatic, so if I smoked, I would literally kill myself...instantly! Even if I wasn't asthmatic, though, I'd never smoke. My g-pa and dad both did, and my g-pa died from lung cancer.
