I'm only a teenager, so I suppose it doesn't count quite as much, given that I don't have a job to spoil my experience yet. However, even though I had to stop believing in Santa a few years ago, I still think that Christmas is my favorite holiday (yeah, even better than my birthday), I still LOVE Christmas movies, I still love the feeling you get when you listen to Christmas music, and I would kill to have a white Christmas. After Christmas is over, I honestly get this feeling of nostalgia, and I just never want it to end.

I'm with golden snitch I love Christmas always have my dad made Christmas soooo great and as we got older he use to go and help our local charity who fed the homeless over Christmas, we kinda got that too we had so much stuff over Christmas he always made sure we never went without. BUT the best part of Christmas for me was going to midnight mass with my family and having all our family round Christmas day
Now I have kids of my own and do the same kinda thing Christmas is for kids but you also have to remember what Christmas is about the birth of Christ this has got so lost over the years and although i get that its good for people to use it as a time to spend with there family's I wish more people would remember why it is we celebrate it Merry Christmas everyone ( well it does start in September now doesn't it)

The excitement of the coming of Christmas never wains and each year from soon after Halloween, the idea of it comes to mind especially as the shops by then are usually full of gifts and the lights are bright and colourful.

By the end of November the heart begins to beat louder and stronger. The occasional snatch of Christmas music is heard on the TV or Radio and the pace just quickens.

I look forward to Christmas every year and am just like a child. It never fails. I'm just mad for it.

The older I get, the more I 'get' Christmas. And with that comes a special feeling.

Christmas with children in house is always magical. My daughters are 8 & 5 so we still get very excited on the run up to the best holiday of them all. Writting letters to santa, Decorating the house, going to church,Making minced pies, christmas cake and plum pudding and preparing for the school christmas concert I love it and making it magic for the children to see the look on there faces is wonderful.

When I was a boy, Christmas started on Christmas Eve. Now it seems to finish on Christmas Day. O tempores, O mores.

The feeling has definitely worn off some, but seeing the kids in my family have it is still good. I think there's nothing like being a kid and having that Christmas morning feeling. Its wonderful!

Christmas for me disappeared in about 1976 when I started working part time and had to work for the first time on Xmas Day. Luckily for the past 12 years have not worked Xmas day, but on many occasions have been working up to 10pm Xmas Eve and then again by 05.00 on the 27th of December. So Christmas is basically just another couple of days off if I am lucky.

Yes! I love Christmas, and I look forward to it. Its a great time for giving and receiving, not only gifts, but love and affection and the feeling of the heart warmth of the season.

The best time for me is Christmas morning, when my 8 year old daughter and my son who is a toddler opens there presents, its what i like to call a photo moment of treasure, that you could look back on.
