Vitamin A(most dark leafy greens..and most fruits and veges really) and Iron (?)
EDIT--am certain about Vitamin A..but I think the other is Vitamin C cause Iron is mostly only in greens and not fruits as well.

Vitamin A, B's & C. They also are a great source of iron And of course the loved Fiber!
