Are there anyways I can increase the bass,etc on windows media player?

Right click on your speaker icon in the system tray and select "Open Volume Control" When the Volume control window opens up you should see that under the left slider there should be a button labelled "Advanced". Click on that button and you should then see tone controls for Bass and Treble. That should enable you to see the bass.
