yes you can see them but no you cannot leave a comment if you do not have one

Yes they surly can see 360 pages even when they are not yahoo users cause the URLs are not https addresses but they can’t write any comments cause they see non-user template which not allow them to be interactive.
Simply yes they can see 360 pages but they can’t leave any comments:-)

of course u can. just type in 360.yahoo.com/[username] and there u go. unless that user doesn't have a 360 page.
and if u go on the page without a username or if u didn't sign on, u can't participate in polls or comment on anything located on the site.

you can see them but you need to be a member to leave comments as far as i am aware, however my blog is open to people even if they are not a member, you can leave anonymous comments
