1st, obtain the manufacturer and model # of your motherboard. Then visit that manufacturer's website, do a search for your model #, or go to the "Support" or "Downloads" section. Download the latest driver for your model, and flash your BIOS.

It would be at the motherboard venders download section.
A lot of boards have newer utilities where you can flash your bios online thru windows. They may even have a utility where you hit a couple keys upon startup and it looks for the bios on CD or floppy. without those utilities you download the bios and put it onto a floppy. You also need to download the flash utility for your board. You boot up in DOS with the flash utility on your boot disc. you then put the floppy with the new bios in then run the flash utility. Motherboard site usually has instructions on how to flash your board. Good idea to print it out. I hope you're aware that flashing your bios improperly or having a power interruption during the flash process may ruin your motherboard.
