I think the world has misunderstood what love is. Some people think that love is when you do something for someone to show that you care. That's not loving. That's "showing" that you care. It's wanting someone to know that you love them by making them endure the experience of you doing something nice for them. Have you ever had someone in your life who you considered a pest because they were always buzzing around you trying to help you with things, whether you really wanted it or not? Sometimes those people actually do love you, but they would also say things like, "I just don't know what I'd do without you." It's a dependency problem. It's people depending on other people and each other instead of learning true spiritual self-reliance. Dreams guide you toward spiritual self-reliance. That dream of separation is your spirit trying to move you closer to that point. The white all over in the dream is like the white flag that's waved to call a truce. This is a truce between your body and spirit. Your spirit is waking you up to your true nature and what you were created to be as an immortal soul. What were you created to be for eternity? Check your imagination. It's all there. It's all related to your childhood imaginings--the things you use to daydream about all the time. If you can make that connection, you'll be well on your way to discovering that who you're becoming is what you have always dreamed you could be. The reason that it seems like God doesn't answer prayers is because he answers in the spirit, saving your treasure for Heaven, while anything you get in the material world, combined with your dreams world are meant to be interpreted as symbolic hints of your eternal life. But the connections are vague if you're worldly. If you spend a lot of time in your head, you should be able to see the signs easily.

Sometimes I have dreams that I know are total nonsense. I don't bother with those of course. Other times I have dreams which are strange or worrying. I usually look those up and try to find out what they mean. Most of those dreams that had me worried to the extent of looking them up have actually come true.

Sometimes, like Noor said, I am aware that I am dreaming. It's a strange sensation. I loooooooooooove the feeling of flying in my dreams! It's soooooooo liberating! Sometimes I even control the events of the dream itself. For example I know that something bad is going to happen, so I avert it. I sometimes dream in black and white and sometimes in colour! Sometimes the dream is in English, and other times in Arabic. I guess my subconscious is really messed up!!!

yes i do - but not constantly - only ones that seem to have great importance - or ones that are very strange - one time i had a dream a "friend " shot who i thought was me in the back - and at the same time my boyfriend had a dream of a snake dangling behind a "friend " ( couldnt see the faces in either dream ) a little later on a guy that was "friends " with us and some others - stole our car and stole our money - if you look up the dream interpretations they were telling us there was an enemy close to us - and our subconscious minds knew but not our conscious minds

when i see a dream that is well defined and in tehnicolor, i know it is significant.
i keep reviewing it until i find that it hinted at smething that really happened later. this is a vision, ru'ya .
or if im expecting something to happen , and i see a dream that i can interpret in the light of the existing situation in my life, this is a sign of foresight .
i dont refer to books bec each person has his/her own system of symbols .
with some persons the good thing in a dream means the opposite. wheras for others the good means the same .

If I remember a dream I like to find an explanation for it. Sometimes I find no explanation but something happens that reminds me of the dream and I find that I am a sheikha. Some dreams are meaningless, but others give me a hint or affect me much and make me wonder about them. Some dreams are so well defined, those are the ones that usually affect me.

I find that frequent dreams are a way of your sub-conscience coming forward. Its a way of your mind realising thoughts into actions as you would do. Or even things that you would like to do or are unsure of. Its a test run of senarios also. This in turn makes you more likely to act on your thoughts just as your dream plays out, hence (sometimes) making your dreams come true! Hope this helps.

i usually know the difference between a dream that has a deep meaning and a dream that's just rehashing junk from the day's events. it has a totally different feel. i usually find, on closer thought that it's bringing something up that i need to look at within myself, and often solves problems for me.

Nah- I don't bother. Sometimes dreams can come from your subconscious- and they can express something that you're not ready/willing or able to express in your conscious mind, but more often than not, they're just random thoughts and images that have no meaning whatsoever.
