When a page loads and doesn't appear to have anything wrong with it, I get that message. It only happens with certain web sites, like MSN and Weather.com.

This issue is difficult to nail down. It could be a variety of things. It tends to happen to me when I play too much with privacy/security settings in IE7. What are your security settings (Tools > Internet Options > Security (tab) or double-click on the globe in the lower right corner of IE) and privacy settings (Tools > Internet Options > Privacy (tab) or double-click on the eye (just to the left of the globe) near the bottom of IE. The eye is not always visible) Having these settings set higher than default may cause problems if you haven't allowed the site to save cookies or make trusted actions.
It could also be IE7 itself. People have had success running Regsvr32 at the command-line (see the last link.) which will replace dll files that may be corrupt. Finally, you may want to reinstall IE7.

Because there are scripting errors on that specific website. You can't fix it, they have to.

Just ignore the messages and eventually the site programmers will wake up.
