alright, i bleached my bath tub today, so i can take a bath, (it was pretty gross) i used soft scrub, and i let it set for 3 minutes, and i turned on the shower and got it all out. i put water in the bath tub to help remove some traces of bleach, now, i want to know how long to leave the water sit before i can drain it, and take a bath.

I dont want to end up with a rash or something because the bleach is still in there, so i need to take all the extra precautions.

Take a shower rather than sit in the tub for a bath. I think you are being over-cautious but it is your skin.

Do you still smell bleach? If not it is ready for bathing. If it is still smelling from bleach, splash a lot of water on it during your shower.

You should be fine. Just rinse the tub....if your extra worried about it use a clean cleaning rag and scrub while your rinsing. But you should be fine.

Also try using a product that you spray on the shower and tub when your done like "Clean Shower" that doesn't need to be rinsed to help keep your shower/tub cleaner for the next bath.

Rinsing the cleanser out got rid of most of the chlorine, take your bath, already! If you have city water, there is probably more chlorine in the water than the cleanser might have left.

giggle giggle!!! Grandma here to help you!! you have clorine in your water already!! A little more isn't gonna make a hill of beans of difference.

Actually, rinse thoroughly and take the bath!!

Why do people keep mentioning chlorine/clorine? You didn't ask about that. Does that seem strange to other people? The question was bleach.
