alright, i bleached my bath tub today, so i can take a bath, (it was pretty gross) i used soft scrub, and i let it set for 3 minutes, and i turned on the shower and got it all out. i put water in the bath tub to help remove some traces of bleach, now, i want to know how long to leave the water sit before i can drain it, and take a bath.

Take a shower rather than sit in the tub for a bath. I think you are being over-cautious but it is your skin.

Do you still smell bleach? If not it is ready for bathing. If it is still smelling from bleach, splash a lot of water on it during your shower.

You don't need to let the water sit. While running the hot water, use a sponge or towel to completely rinse out the tub. Then dry it completely with a clean towel. Voila you're done.
