does the clue mean that Vince has to look up, the bastard son has to look up, or like some people said even the Rock used to look up at the mic when he said "Do ya Smellllll what the Rock is cookin". So many possiblities and I am so impatient. Can't wait to find out though

I bet it's Little Bastard (a.k.a. Hornswoggle).
Why?
No.1= He was called "Little Bastard" and Vince kept mentioning his son as being a "Bastard" son.
No.2= "Things are looking UP." That must mean that he's very short and he's always looking up.
Makes sense to me.

Actual thoughts: Jericho (even though he may not be back), Shawn Michaels (even though he may not be back for a while), Cena, or Kane (just because it would be amusing).
