Literally translated it means "vine leaves".

But it usually refers to stuffed vine leaves (Mahshy Wara'a Einab) محشي ورق عنب with a mixture of rice and vegetables.

It is a typical Middle Eastern dish eaten in most Arab countries, turkey and greece. In Greece they call it Dolmathes (sometimes its stuffed with minced meat also)
