i can instal zebranic sound card its not detect my system ,intel d 945 gcpe boad?

Disable the onboard sound card first, in the BIOS.

Then, Install the (included?) Zebranic device drivers.

did it pop up new hardware found , after you loged in to OS .
if not go to device manager ( my computer -right click-properties-hardware ) and see if any hard ware has yellow or red mark before it . if there is , just run the setup from the cd provided with sound card and install the driver.

Use the CD tha came with the Sound card.
