have any of you taken a test and it be negative and then later on find out your pregnant??? please help!
i think im 10 weeks, but i took a pregnancy test and it was negative. i look pregnant, and im extremely nauseated and moody. i cant eat anything.
pleaseee help!!

It would be posiitve by now, because your levels would be over 100,000. The least sensitive test only needs your levels to be at 100. You also would have skipped 2 periods by now. Maybe you should go see your OB and see what's going on.

An at home test would be able to give you a definite result by now if you are that far along. Also, unless you've had a child before or are very small it's highly unlikely that you'd be showing this early in the pregnancy. The symptoms you're having could be because of sickness or stress.
However if you think you look pregnant, if might be possible for you to be further along & you've just had what you thought were periods (many women do).
If you haven't had a period though, whether you're pregnant or not, you need to make an appointment with your doctor to find out what's going on. Going to your doctor will be the only way you'll know for sure.
If the test said negative, then I don't think you're pregnant. The only time I know of that a woman has gotten a negative test & found out later on that she was pregnant is if she's taken the test too early.

Yes, it's possible. I took a cheap pregnancy test and it came up negative. A couple of days later, I bought one with the screen that reads "pregnant" and "not pregnant" and sure enough, I was pregnant. Wait a week or so and take another. In the meantime, take good care of yourself since you may be pregnant.

I took two pregnancy test both said I wasn't pregnant but i was really sick and still hadn't had my period so finally I went to the doctor to get a blood test and found out I was two months pregnant.
I would suggest getting a blood test done that should let you know for sure.

i had a friend that was pregnant and the whole 9 months her pregnancy test showed neg. But that holly ever happens. its a 1 in a million chance that that can happen

I took five pregnancy teests AND went to the health dept for a test.....needless to say in 38 weeks preggo.

If you're 10 weeks, a HPT would certainly detect it by now and would be positive. Pregnancy symptoms mimic many other conditions...you may have PMS or you're just imagining your symptoms.

Yes, I would call your doctor and ask them to send you for blood work.
