slope a.k.a. gradient is 1/4, lets symbolise this with m
so m= 1/4

they-intersept is c, so c=0

the formula for the equaiton of a line is
y=mx + c
so put in all the values you know and
y=1/4 x + 0 i/e
y=1/4 x
voila we have an equation of the line

if you know the value of x or y u can put it in the equation and work it out

Use the equation y = mx + b.

y = what you're trying to find
m = slope = 1/4 = .25
x = what you've given = 800 (or more)
b = y-intercept = 0

so in your case, your equation is:

y = .25x + 0
y = .25x

whatever x you're given, use the last equation above to figure out y. Then the point has the (x,y) coordinates of your values.

y = x/4

for x = 801, y = 200.25

The possible answers are infinite.
