Nope, you've got nothing there. Merely a coincidence. P is also for pitiful, pleading and paltry.
I could pick any letter of the alphabet and find 3 "powerful" words, and 3 "weak" words.
Nice try about throwing Pakistan in there as a "powerful" word though.

Your premise is not valid. You can find powerful and weak words for almost any letter.
Pink, Pinkie, Puny (weak P words)
Strength, Superior, Stupid (Powerful S words.
