There are a lot of unanswered questions for all the characters. Will George stay in the program? What about Derek and Meredith? How will Christina deal with Berke gone? I think that the only one that doesn't really have an unanswered question is Izzy, unless there is something about her daughter. I can't wait to find out!!
Edit - they would have to replace her with a new character. She is keeping the same character. I haven't heard but it would not be a big deal. She was just brought in as Derek's wife.....

Dunno......after the lackluster 3rd season I'm still debating whether to TIVO it or not. I've already taken LOST and Desperate Housewives off the list.
