Ronnie Brown "could" have a huge year. He has lost weight but he is getting a lot of pressure from Chatman. Miami has a lot more at WR then KC does so I think that Ronnie will do more overall. He is also a better receiver the Jones. Thomas Jones "should" have a solid year but the offensive line is terrible. Jones will see a lot of goal line touches though and that will reap a lot of points. Gonzo may not have the year he typically has because Trent is gone and Larry Johnson will have his usual 300 + touches. Alge should be huge in Atlanta because Harrington is a capable QB and their WR's are either old and hurt (Horne) or just aweful. Crumpler will be HUGE in the red zone. they have no one else they can throw to. I am assuming Cutler would be your #2 QB so take him out of the scene since you may only start him once all year. It is pretty close to a wash I think. If I HAD to make a choice, I would reject this trade given Ronnie's upside and Crumpler scoring a lot this year. It's a tough call.

I would not make this trade. Ronnie Brown will have a break out year this season now that the Dolphins have a QB to take pressure off of the running game. Alge Crumpler is bound to have a good year, with Mike Vick being gone the Falcons will throw the ball down field more and Crumpler is the best pass catcher the Falcons have. Gonzalez is on a team that has comitted to being a run only team and he is not the force at TE he was in his younger years. As for QB a lot of people are saying that Cutler is the real deal. I would take a chance on him rather than Alex Smith.

Unlike a lot of people that have answered this question, I like Cutler better than Alex Smith....Cutler has better receivers and a better overall offense than SF does. I like Gonzalez over Crumpler, but I don't think he is that much better...I also like Thomas JOnes more than Ronnie Brown, I think teams will focus on Brown and make Green beat them through the air....I think its a pretty even trade.

If it's Alex Smith the quarterback, I say do it. Ronnie Brown and Alge Crumpler are both iffy this year. Jones and Smith will be good to go and Gonzalez, though aging, will be consistent.

obviously gonzales is better then crumpler since vick is gone. Alex smith and Cutler is a draw and i personally think that jones is gonna have a breakout year so this would be a great trade for you

Yea, looks like you might have the slight upper hand. Smith and Cutler are even wash. Brown is slight upgrade to jones, but with ronnie brown, you dont know what your going to get, he could have a huge year, but from what "they" are saying he just might be a 1st and 2nd down back. you reap benefits with tony gonzalez. with Vick gone, crumpler wont be as effective.

I'd make the move. Smith is more experienced and will be better than Cutler, the TE's are a wash, and Brown is very scary to owners right now because of his constant underachievement and the emergence of Jesse Chatman as a solid replacement.

go for it... you're getting a more dominating deal, Alex Smith is proven, Tony Gonzales is the only TE to ever get 100 Catches, Thomas Jones is a beast.

besides the incontrovertible fact that Tory Holt is undesirable this 365 days because of the fact of a bad Offensive Line and QB themes, and additionally you would be getting T.O., Peterson is the terrific RB interior the league and Kevin Smith is on the fringe of a 2d string RB (Rudi Johnson ought to be beginning over him). do no longer do the commerce. =P
