Ok it's not my pc so I have limited info here as I am being told all this over the phone from someone who knows near nothing about computer's...Ok so they turn the computer on and boot's then goes to error mess. windowsroot/system32/ntoskrni.exe. and also says something about keyboard failure, I tried to get them to go into safe mode with command prompt to try to correct problem but after selecting safe mode computer goes back to error messages, they have a recovery disk and that does nothing either when installed, like I said this is going over the phone and I can not see their screen so any ideas anyone cause I really do not want to take a drive all the way out there maybe you have had this problem and can help...remember the pc goes no where does not go to windows but I can get them to get into options for safe mode or what not but no further than there...need more details ask and I will repost I will check back every 5 minutes to see and thank you to anyone who can help...

From what you have told Your system goes into kernel panic mode. This could be due to a faulty ram module, or hard disk bad sector. Try removing the ram module, clean them and reinsert them. Verify whether your key board light is on. If it is not on you need to replace the key board. I feel ultimately you will end up reinstalling the full operating system.

BSOD babe. Blue Screen of Death. Motherboard is fried, aluminum migration, if you can't even come up "safe". Sorry, start playing tapps.
