I hope some of you could help me. The acid already stained my cookie sheet. I already left it for about three weeks now. Can I use water and baking soda ?

Yes, use water and baking soda by all means. The hydrochloric acid should have been washed off with plain water at the start anyway. Teflon is completely unreactive to HCl.

wont make any difference what you used. The Teflon that was touched by the HCL is gone to Teflon heaven.
