That depends whether you believe that your minds thoughts are dependent on time, if they are, then nothing immediately goes through your mind as nothing that is time dependent can be immediate, otherwise the answer is usually "I´m going to be late for work".

Time to work out then shower. I wonder if i am going to run into my roommate in his underwear again. Wow what a night last night was.

Ah crap, I have to get up, get to class, talk to people that I secretly can not stand, and then go to work.
This is quiclkly followed by the fact that, to everyone around me, I'm considered to be an optimist with a sunny disposition.
I then think, I love the mornings.

It's always different. Sometimes it's a reaction to a dream. Sometimes it's trying to mentally organize the day. Sometimes it's reaching for someone who's no longer here... but the one thing I physically DO is head for the coffee machine!

first a vision of my favorite stripper and then I need to go purchase a lottery ticket and then I need to try to get mu business more successful ........ and I day dream about the stripper most of the day and night and can't afford her anymore .......
