Don't be so polaroid about failure. Your whole life needn't flash before your eyes; just try it out and see what develops. The experience alone will improve your image.

You have a shot but it's no snap. You will need a time frame to meet your goal. If you get on a roll you will meet it. See what develops. Film me in on the results.

The time frame which you may have to spend in a dark room may make it hard to focus and if it is cold you may shutter at the temp aperture. Maybe your wife can macro-may you a sweater and lens it to you.

I'm assuming you'll be using a digital camera...no negatives there...

just make sure your megapixels don't fight with each other

and I highly approve of this method of exposing oneself..good for you!
