Hi,
I have to be a killjoy and say I’m neither. As a bait, I would be used to tempt, entice, allure and although at times I will try to inspire, motivate, arouse, the bait or inducement would be something outside myself I am sure. i.e. a goal, a reward, a destination, a dream. As a treat I would be offering myself as a delight, an extravagance, a luxury; something lavish and exciting.
I think being a bait or a treat would require a confidence in my ability to draw, or my magnetism that I don't have.
I’m not saying there aren’t times in life when playfully, romantically, teasingly, I could be either but in all seriousness, I am neither. I'm just me.

Honestly, I read that as "Are you the bait or the threat" until I saw someone answer "treat" and then I realized that the question was completely different than what I thought it was.
Oh well, I am a treat. I'm the sort of find and fix bait, ya know... but not be a bait myself.

Actually it depends on the situation.
I think I am bait when someone wants something from me and they think they are going to get it and so I am the bait to them.
If I have someting someone would want they would think of me as treat.
I would consider myself a treat. Because I want to be sweet and that's what a treat is to me.
Bait is someting you put on a hook to go fishing.

The only bait, that tells you it's bait, is dumb bait.

unwillingly a bait to all and,
deliberately the treat to just few
although, sometimes i'm unconsciously (or spontaneously) the bait or the treat to some and that hurts me eitherway eventually....

I am both. I bait my self into treating my self to former habits.
I am the goodies, i have goodies.
I am the punishment and the reward.
If one is not careful i will trap them and oh what a treat that might be.
