I stopped wasting time on his speeches when I realized I wouldn't believe a thing out of his mouth, no matter what he said.
But that's me, he still has plenty of power to stall, get in the way, annoy, obfuscate, stick his heels in, in general to act against what the nation wants because its what he wants.
Watch as the remaining Republicans drift away and in some cases run.
Lewinsky?? George will be lucky if Laura is still there at the end, but he will always have Barbara.

Bush has indeedlost all credibility. But, as long as the GOP Congressional members are unwilling to stand up to him, he can use the veto to prevent Congress from acting on Iraq (and other issues). So he's not irrelevant--yet.

He's a two-term president! We are known to limit our presidents to two terms. So, in effect, he is irrelevant, depending on your definition of the term, but he is still required to serve as president until the election near the end of NEXT year.
Billy Bob faced a similar situation during the last year or so of his last term. You libs are bent just in that Bush has no Lewinsky hanging around his neck! *laughter*

He never had credibility.
More Americans voted for Al Gore in 2000. It took a state run by his brother and a conservative stacked Supreme Court to get him in office.

He certainly is. I'm curious as to what he'll be doing after his presidency is over. Lecture circuit could be the venue he needs to try and justify all that lying. I'm sure there's a market for all his bullshit because there's alot of Righties out there who actualy believed it.

He is the commander of the military and the military will obey him. He might be planning an attack against Iran. He is not irrelevant.
