EDIT reading your extra info changed my mind. I doubt it is Lucky Star, but I feel as if I have seen this opening before.
Anything else you can tell us would be wonderful. Even odd stuff like when you saw this or how many episodes are in the series. Can you describe any of the main characters at all (even if it just color of uniform), or even how many there were (any guys at all?).
I have it down to about 200 possible series right now, and I don't want to go through those one by one. A little more info, and I can cut that down to a managble number (like 5, 10, or 20). Then I should be able to pinpoint what exactly it is.

That's not enough information. Try being more specific. Like is there anything else that might stand out. That separates it from other anime? Or a word that one of the characters use a lot?
