There is no question about it. Either he's using them or has used them. There's no way a guy in in 60's could be that huge without a little help.

Think about it... this is the owner of the WWE. His schedule has got to be crazy. Do you really see him pumping iron for three to four hours everyday just to bulk up like that? I bet he's lucky to get a half hour or so. Even three to four hours won't do it unless you are a genetic freak. Which is another possibility... but come on. You still have to work at it. I don't see him doing that.

I think he did with Hulk Hogan in the early to mid 80's during the super hero days. He went from a scrawny fart to a huge man and his size has changed so much through the years. And e grew up in the business so I am sure he has. He looks bigger now than when he did when Bret knocked his lights out.
