go to any store with a western union logo, fill out the paperwork, and the cost will vary depending on how much and where it is going. The time it takes is about 10-15 minutes.

Yes, a person from Ghana can easily send money to the US via Western Union or Moneygram. Both have offices around the country. But 99% of emails mentioning Ghana + Western Union = scam Don't fall for anything The fact that you've asked this twice makes me suspect you are being scammed and someone is trying to tell you that they can't send money for some reason. That's BS

You can usually do it at any of the big supermarkets in the Customer Service or Customer Care department. Go in one of the big supermarkets and ask the manager. Walmart does them now too. If you don't live near a big supermarket look in the phone book. I would go with Western Union. All you have to do is go there and they will tell you what to do no matter which one you go to. The people at the Customer Care departments in the supermarkets do these wires all the time.
