For some reason, everytime i look up in space, at night, i feel like im going to fall up in the sky. You know, when you lay down on the ground at night and look up at the stars. For some reason, when i lay on the ground at night and look at the stars, i feel like i will fall up into the sky. It gives me the creeps thinking about it. Does anyone have that feeling?

I used to visit a friend who lived on an abandoned airport in the Nevada desert. At night there were no lights at all, and you could lie out in the middle of the runway where there was no source of ground reference at all. The brain is used to having visual reference points, and without them, it can make you quite dizzy and even cause hallucinations.

It is quite an experience. Have fun.

Not that feeling, but I do have an unexplainable feeing when looking up, nevertheless.

"There is no such thing as gravity; the earth sucks!"
I think Arlo Gunthrie said that. But I'm not sure.

Yes, sometimes, I have that feeling, also. I would assume it is because the earth is spinning.
