Before its independence in 1948, Indonesia was a colony of The Kingdom of the Netherlands, fully integrated in the Dutch administrative system, and often referred to as the Dutch East Indies. Post-World War II events led to huge shifts in the global power balance and all of the European empires lost their influence and colonial heritage in Asia and elsewhere.
Many Indonesians remained loyal to the Dutch government after a bloody revolt that would eventually lead to Indonesia's independence. For some reason, during the colonial days the Dutch had had the common sense to give many Indonesians a European-style education which enabled them to hold high-ranking administrative posts and military ranks not often encountered in other colonial empires. Not surpisingly, this did not go down well with the new, nationalistic Indonesian regime. As a result, many former Indonesian government officials and others loyal to the Dutch administration fled to The Netherlands.
So in the late 1940s and 50s there was a large influx of ethnic Indonesian people in the Netherlands. They flourished and these days the 5th generation of this Indonesian group form a completely accepted part within Dutch society.
Marriage between ethnic Dutch and Indonesians are pretty common and Dutch society has adopted many Indonesian cultural elements into its predominantly west-European culture. Not unlike Indian restaurants in the UK, you'll find lots of Indonesian restaurants throughout The Netherlands, many museums focus on the Indonesian heritage, and there are lots of events, tv programs etc. focused on 'Dutch' Indonesians.
Although of course, there are marked genetic differences I don't think that there's a great difference in length and build between ethnic Dutch and 'Dutch' Indonesians anymore. Other than that, love and attraction are very subjective topics that cannot be defined within the constraints of looks, race, religion, cultural background etc.

1. I saw, there is not about gender & nationality than Dutch women/ men interrest to someone. This is more about involving heart, affection and compassion between.
Inasmuch, in a long past, for 350 years Indonesia was one of Dutch colony... there's also one reason, isn't it?
2. Attractive... find it in inner beauty. It will exude in everybody's visages.

I believe it has to do more with numbers. How many American business men travel to Indonesia and fall in love versus Indonesian business men traveling to the USA and falling in love? How many American business men study in Asia versus Indonesian men coming to the USA to study business? etc..
