I treat all my employees the same way I would expect to be treated by an employer.

Every employee that has been with either one of my two company's for a period of one year, receives one week paid vacation, plus a cash bonus at the company Christmas Party.

Every employee that has been with either one of my company's for a period of two years, receives two weeks paid vacation, plus a cash bonus at the company Christmas Party.

Three years, three weeks of paid vacation, plus a cash bonus at the Christmas Party.

Four years, four weeks of paid vacation, plus a cash bonus at the Christmas Party.

Five years to seven years, a 30 day paid vacation, plus 100 shares of common stock, plus an all expense paid cruise to the Caribbean and a cash bonus at the Christmas Party.

Company executives, a company vehicle, I personally prefer new corvettes on lease, 30 days paid vacation, 250 shares of common stock, cruise to anywhere they want to go with their wives and children (all expenses paid) and a nice cash bonus at the Christmas Party.

This is how I retain key employees and executives and have such a high moral and a "can-do-attitude" in my companies.
The reason that I have been so successful in my business.

Thank you,
