The good news is that spells are imaginary, and only work by the power of suggestion.
If you want her to leave you alone, I find its good to get real Christian on witches. When she tries to talk to you, turn every conversation into how great Jesus is, and how sinful witchcraft is. I guarentee you she will no longer want to talk to you, and if you keep after her, she will probably do everything in her power to avoid you.
You just need to turn the tables.

This is very, very difficult. The first thing I feel necessary to point out is that witchcraft by necessity acknowledges multiple gods/spirits of force and nature which are revered and acknowledged in ceramony. Spells, for the most part, are specified prayers aimed at these multitude of spirits and pagan gods; thier effectiveness a gauge of will and faith in channeling the spirits invoked. Being a Christian Witch... is like being a strait bi-sexual. You're either one or the other, but not truly both. In this particular case, Christianity is fundamentally monothiestic with the procliamation of one true god. This is a direct insult and dismissal of all other gods, which witchcraft relies upon. It may sound nice on paper, but you cannot truly be a 'christian witch'. There's no use in praying to thier gods if you don't believe in them, much like writing letters to santa claus. You're better off praying for them, in general. Non-directional prayer. Ask -all creation- for help, and you have a far better chance at success than just polling one or two gods. Ultimately, the best way to help someone when they're done is to be there and talk to them. It is next to impossible to 'force' happiness upon someone, supernaturally or otherwise.

It's been said, but I will say it again--spells only work if you believe they work.
If you go to Haiti where Voodoo is all over the place you'll notice that everything bad is blamed on witchcraft. If you're clumsy and stub your toe then there is surely a witch behind it. At the same time, if someone thinks they have been hexed the automatically fall ill. It's nothing more than the placebo effect.

Spells can only be put on superstitious people. If you believe in spells, you will feel the effects of the spell that you imagine. It's all in the imagination.
Anything that is supernatural is pure superstition . Don't let anyone sucker you into believing they can put a spell or curse on you.

zach is right. The only power the spell can have over you is the power of suggestion which you alone give it. Don't believe in this woowoo nonsense and it won't have any power over you.

Sounds like you've let a nut into your house.Spells are silly superstitions, they are not real.Still you should avoid the nut as much as possible.
