I have cousins in Slovenia. We like to discuss politics when we are together, they are the only ones I like to talk to about our politics as they are not the one sided, hate filled people of either party we have here. I feel Bush is a disgrace and the biggest crook we've ever had in office. Our country has poured so much money out and more has been unaccounted for than ever in history. We need a new party, one of common sense and that is not so blind because of hatred for others views. The media here loves to be hate mongers and we get very little accurate news. Americans are only united when we have been attacked, then when time passes it back to hating as usual. Which is very ironic since so many of us are suppose to be Christians????? I'm very ashamed of how our country is being misused by our government, they ought to be ashamed and they are not, scary, very scary... I've even heard people hate Europe because of "their liberal views and poor health care and lack of ATV's and motorhomes and that they are giving their countries away to the Muslims" this is scary stuff that you hear in America everyday and on TV too! Thanks for your post, I hope many people start to see how important it is to be seen in a better light, since we are supposed to be such a great country and all.

It can be your personal view but has no support of the majority of people .Don't you think that calling a serving President of the largest functional democracy in the world A SHAME ON HIS OWN NATION also implies that millions of Americans who voted for him were idiots, apart from being down right abusive to a man of such a high standing? And what are you?An accredited leader or an opinion maker of European union,if nothing more? It's also a matter of DOUBLE-SHAME to read some of the American answerers who are voicing their agreement to such insinuations. Please learn you table manners and come again.[Note:-I am not an American but respect that country and it's citizens]

President Bush isn't the worst President that we ever had. However, he has made numerous crucial mistakes during his presidency that has been bad for our nation, i.e. invading Iraq under false pretenses and not preparing a quality exit strategy, dropping the ball in Afghanistan where the real terrorize reside, failing to act properly during the Katrina episode in New Orleans, failing to provide quality support for No Child Left Behind and as a result many children have been left behind, among other things. I would give this president an F

Yeah, that's really resourceful coming from a country whose Prime Ministers are puppets of the US Presidents.

President Bush holds the record for the highest approval rating of ANY president in US history. 93% in the months following the 911 attacks. Since then he has done exactly what he said he would do, and half the country and the rest of the world hates him for it. Ultimately I think history will be much kinder to President Bush than people are today.

Question for you: Since when did Europeans ever support a US president that put the United States first over Europeans?

the only greater embarrassment than Bush is the fact that some (about 30%) of some American's not only still support him but are somehow "loud and proud" in their support.

poor things.

an addition to drew bloods comment: what kind of an accomplishment is it to begin a presidency with a record high approval rating and end it with a record low? now if he had started a record low and ended a record high, that would be an accomplishment equal to Bush's actual failure.

I doubt you live in Europe cause I've been there and I've heard nothing of the kind. I'm wondering what group you run with possibly the Muslims?

Not my favorite, but he definitely doesn't deserve the degree of negativity that seems to follow him.
He is the type of president who doesn't care about polls, he does what he thinks is right. Abraham Lincoln was the same way and he was very unpopular during his presidency.

Europe seems to be the shame of the world. You idiots continue to ride our coat tails because your to stupid to be able to defend yourselves. Personally I think most countries are just jealous. We are the only world super power with a firm leader who will not back down to anyone. Now go brush your teeth....
