Really, I don't see the need to score serial killers. They are all equally brutal. Why can't we all just get along?

All serial killer's is heart-less, to take a life once is bad enough, but to continualy target people for the personal pleasure of being in control is really sick.

Brutality is one of the foundations of a serial killer, so how do you rate one over another? They all commit acts of severe brutality. They are all grouped in one category, in my mind.
