I did my first ultrasound scan at 9 weeks 5days after conception, CRL measured 28.7mm, in the scale of minimum to maximum where this comes?

Are you sure you mean 9 weeks 5 days from CONCEPTION and not gestational age?
At 9 weeks from conception average is 41mm--but at 9 weeks gestation average is 22mm.

Sounds like you are right where you should be......

A nine week CRL averages 21 mm. A ten week CRL averages 31 mm. This relies on the growth of the normal fetus of 1 mm per day after the 6th week of gestation.

Refer to the chart at this site:

The average size is approximately 27-35 mm crown to rump length (CRL), or 1.06-1.38 inches. S/he weighs in at 4 grams, or 4 paper clips.

At this website you can read how you baby is doing weekly.

If you are concerned, you should have asked your physician about it. He/she can address any questions you may have.

What I found, however, said that at 11 weeks and 5 days (9 weeks 5 days after conception), the baby should be about 2 inches long and weigh 1/2 an ounce.

28.7 mm equals 1.13 inches, so your baby is small for its age.

However, if it is only 7 weeks 5 days after conception (your doctor would say you are 9 weeks 5 days pregnant), your baby is right on target for its gestational age.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and best wishes to you and baby!
