I'll agree they did pretty good but they'll get stomped at their own home against SC!!
FIGHT ON!

Congratulations Cal. I am an avid Tennessee fan and yes, we just got beat. Our Defense couldn't stop you all day. You were without question the better team that day and you should have a fine season. Your team speed is amazing at the skill positions. I'd like you see you get throught the league without a loss and upset USC.
By and large, some great games this weekend. My personal favorite however is Georgia Tech drilling Notre Dame and I also enjoyed Appalachian State thumping Michigan.

A mid level team - haha. They were rated 15 by both AP and Coaches. They are right there with Georgia and Auburn.
Convenient to downgrade them after Cal puts up some offensive fireworks. Yeah what happened to the great defense that the SEC plays - hahaha.
Note to SEC fan when Tenn finishes 2nd and 3rd in the SEC then you change the story to - early season breakdowns, broken finger and an out right fluke. At least that is what happens when USC beats SEC teams.

Being from Alabama feel free to beat up on Tenn all you want.
USC won't even win the Pac-10 let alone compete with an NFL team. All hail the new power in the Pac-10, Cal. Good luck accepting that loss coming up on Nov. 10th.

It was a good revenge game for Cal, since Tennessee beat them last season. Good job Pac-10 beating a mid level SEC team. a win is a win. in college football, a victory against any team is good. Just look at Michigan vs Appalachian State.

As a die hard SEC fan I was impressed with California especially the team speed. Usually California doesn't live up to expectations. However, I believe this year they are the real deal and I am happy as h*ll. Because USC will have its hands full handling the Bears.

When a PAC 10 team beat an SEC team, they say Tenn Vols. is a middle of the pack SEC team, they're no good, what's with you SEC fans, give Cal some credit. But anyway Cal did win that showdown with an SEC team, 1 win for the PAC 10 and 1 lost for SEC conference. Fight On! Fight On to Victory.

Congrats from a SEC fan! Although i disagree that USC could compete with most NFL teams. They would get beat by almost every one of them BAD!

USC couldn't compete with any NFL teams. I mean, their players get paid less than the NFL minimum salary.
As for Cal, they looked good.
