Go to google and type in "Website unblocker". Every site that is there you should block because those sites allow anyone to go through certain blocked pages. I've heard that AOL has their own browser which allows parents to block websites. Maybe you could try investing in that. Also, every time they finish with the computer, try checking their "History" {but do not do it in front of them, since these kids sound really smart 2 me lol}. The History tab can usually be found under either the "Tools" tab or in some browsers it can have its own "tab". Maybe you could network your PC with their PC so you can see all what they're doing without them knowing. In what severity you should punish them is your decision.

In my school, me and a couple of other friends knew how to "unblock" websites through Google. {We didn't search for porn lol, the teachers blocked gaming websites} {Then they installed some software called RM tutor so you could try finding some information on it}.

Another thing you could do is searching auto-complete. This is a feature used in Google, so when you type something, it automatically appears up. E.g. if you wanted to type "llama" and you only pressed "ll", the word llama would appear.

There can be a thousand ways to monitor what they're doing, but if I put all of them here it would fill the page.

Here are some useful links:

I hope that helped,

I am not sure if here means school, work, or your home country but you should look into using an anonymous proxy to maintain privacy while surfing. Many free ones can be found online, but they really should NOT be used unless you are in high school and just need a quick fix. They offer no advanced security features, which are very important to have if you are surfing from work or in a country with a strict government. The one I use is pretty inexpensive but offers some amazing security features that I rely on for my privacy needs. It auto refreshes my IP address every 30 minutes and encrypts my connection, securing my data flow. It has a ton of other features aside from masking your IP address but these are the ones I really count on the most.

My mom has a b-safe online protection thing and she has a list of categories she can block which includes some like porn, adware, magazine shopping, alcohol and drugs, violence, personals, free-host. and all that. you can check those and if you end up with a site that has that on there it will be blocked and you won't be able to get into it. It works trust me. So many things that are blocked. I recommend b-safe online protection services. Its got an anti virus center, popup blocker, spam filter, identity protection, personal firewall and stuff like that. Not very many pop ups either that is if any.

First, good luck...
I worked for my high school trying to do the same thing and it's almost impossible...
you're going to want a program called "fun.exe" to see where they've REALLY been on the internet and block the anon sites one by one. "fun.exe" is a file recovery program which is very good at recovering temp internet files...

It's not easy to do it but with patience and a little ingenuity, it can be done

We recommend utilizing http://www.vpnmaster.org to unblock web-sites. I am using their services for more than 2 years without any problems.

Truly, the only sure fire way is to not have internet connection in the other rooms and supervise them when they are on the net.
They will get around firewalls and blocking software.

Have you tried going to TOOLS, clicking on INTERNET OPTIONS, look for the CONTENT tab, click on it and then click ENABLE?

From there I think you can change computer settings.
