I've often wondered if "awareness" could be a universal fundemental quality with "emergent" characteristics. Even with all our limitations, we may be getting some small glimpse of this with quantum theory which tells us the monumental importance of what we choose to observe and know.
Reading leading theorist like Bell, Bohm and Wigner makes one wonder if it is our consciousness that creates the universe.
Whether this is true or has any meaning....I will reserve judgment until I have a chance to talk with a Quantum Buddist

The universe is a neutral quantum field. Dynamic but neutral. It is humans who are 'attached' to it having some sort of ultimate purpose in and of itself. Why? Don't have a clue why people are so 'needy' in that way. It's always felt a bit creepy to me.
But, however miniscule our affect on reality may be - and some would argue it catastrophic - the biological evolution of the mind/body system (it was only 3,000 years ago we were probably at the mercy of a bicameral brain) has put us inescapably in charge of our own destiny through an incredibly complex consciousness.
Every adept who has lived on the planet has offered a path/way to develop our natural gifts for the purpose of synchronizing being/reality. It is humanity's gradually evolving consciousness and purposefulness we need to get on with developing.

I read an interesting book called the book of Ra. Forgive me for lack of details, but there was a women who was channeling information from this entity called RA. Someone would ask her a bunch of questions and she would respond. In the end of it they had found they couldnt disprove anything she said and she had no memory of it at all. Basically the information from the channeling dealt with our ultimate purpose in the universe which is to experience every dimension until we eventually become one with the mind of god and this cycle is eternal. We have been through the cycle many times. There was alot of information i found interesting, but i cant take it too seriously although its fun to read. Another thing that i remember was how she talked about how humans are an extension of the logos. The logos are architechts of the universe and form Galaxies with there unique blueprint. Each logos may control millions of galaxies. Just some really interesting stuff that talks about stuff similar to what you are saying.

I do not believe that there is a meaning or purpose for the development of consciousness. I do like the idea that beings who develop consciousness, due to their symbiotic dependence on universe, ARE the conscious of the universe. I think you could validly argue this based on the overall difficultly one has defining life anyway. We are one and all that. It's a bit romantic, which makes me somewhat suspicious, but I haven't been able to find a glaring fault in the argument.

I just love this type of questioning! You know what....I think this is "why" we are here!!
We are here to express life in every way and form possible! The meaning?...is just THIS.
I lost all"self-consciousness" once. During that experience NO-THING MATTERED! Oh,how I would love to share this happening in a real way to those who want to know!
When no-thing matters, there is release, a bunch of laughter, and an incredulous wonder as to "What a joke...a big cosmic joke!!"
The mind, in order to operate in the objectified world, has to have meaning! It creates meaning in all forms to stay alive!
We are immersed in the, unknowable, the miraculous.
The less we pay attention to 'mind stories' the 'lighter' we are...thus, enlightenment. Like the stars in the night, we *twinkle* and drift.
Thanks for these great questions! What fun...they keep Y!A alive!

The Cosmic rigidity And Shiv-Shakti previously creation surpassed off there became into no longer something yet a pervading wisdom that had no call. creation became into the end results of manifestation of this pervading wisdom. the 1st style wherein the wisdom manifested became into Adi Shakti, Gayatri or power. From her emerged each and everything else. as quickly as the universe became into created there became right into a want for large forces or energies to shield the governance of the international. to accomplish this place Adi Shakti manifested herself into the trinity: Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.

Rena? I love your questions. It would be quite something to know you, I bet. Yes, that may very well be the reason for it all. Life, as mysterious, vast, and fragile as it may be, clearly has purpose and pattern to it which does escape our current understanding of its intircate inner workings. But I would not be at all surprised if this was the reason for it all. This is one of the most intelligent questions that I have ever come across.

The Universe is a pool table and we are its balls sometimes falling into the pockets or bouncing all over the place not knowing where were going.

it's all a big accident. i'm sure there are ruins of cultures all over the universe. Once a culture is dead and gone, what was it's purpose? Nothing.. So when they actually still are flourishing, they are still meaningless.
