typically only twice (in the morning at at night)...I feel weird taking a toothebrush and paste to the office! :o)

honestly most of the time i only do it once, but if i am approaching a dental appointment i will do it 2 times a day for sure and quite possibly 3 if i think my teeth are really bad.

I make sure I brush them before bed and normally in the morning but if I have no time I just grab some minty gum.

been doing it twice a day my whole life and mine look fine, i know people who brush there teeth once a day.....they sink like crap

I floss and brush after I eat, which is usually three times a day. And if I eat anything else, then I have to do it all again.
