Hi All,
I am just wondering a few days during about the middle of my cycle a feel really ill then it goes of, but it happens every month and in about the middle of my cycle the rest of the time i dont have a problem?

What causes this
and does any one else have this

I am not sexually active

This is quite natural in women during their monthly cycle. usually this sickness happens a week 'before' the week of their period. sometime you can feel sick, have head aches, feel bloated, or maybe your hips or body just aches sometimes. It normal, not every woman gets it but try taking some paracetamol next time or have a hot water bottle that always helps me.

The middle of your cycle is when ovulation takes place. It is like that this sickness you are describing is a result of it. I get exactly the same thing. If your worried, you can always consult your GP but it sounds normal to me.

Probably that is when you are ovulating. Many women feel slightly ill at that point in their cycles.

the feeling comes from the hormone changes you experience, most likely.
