Dream researchers claim that the position you sleep in at night may be affected by mood, or in some cases, by personality or a health condition.

Example: A person who sleeps on his stomach may wish to avoid confrontation. Sleeping on your back may indicate that you are open to new experiences; there are claims that it also prevents wrinkles. A restless mood may cause frequent changes in position. Exhaustion often results in one position.
