My Niece had a child the father moved out of the province. Does she have the right to say NO on sending her to the other province? They have no legal papers showing who has full or joint custody

since your saying providence im assuming that this is not in america the answer im about to give pertains to america and may not be the same if its somewhere else

until there are legal papers stating who gets who when and all conditions around it the mother can pretty much do what she wants..but why would she not want the child to see her father?

If there are no legal papers, (i.e., court orders) showing custody, then the child has no father. PERIOD! End of discussion.

File an action in court to determine who must be the right custodian that is the best for a child.
