we call this a humourectomy, unfortunately it's the kind of op where need far outstrips availability. However, nurses have way and means of dealing with the grumpy, the miserable and the downright rude sadly I can't say anymore because my colleagues would kill me for giving away trade secrets but not all needles are sharp, not all are necessary and don't believe we're all angels!!! Mad laughter might be just audible if you put your head right next to your screen, Ha Ha.

NHS waiting lists would be crippled - problem is people with no sense of humour don't know it themselves, i think it should be prescribed for free by the government...but they are some of the most guilty of said crime! Ahh it's an impossible dream

There's plenty of folk on this site alone who sound as though they've had one. You know the ones I mean -reporting for abuse when there clearly isn't any or my personal hate -"Why have you posted this under??? when you accidentally post something in the wrong place.
So, they'd be very popular judging by the amount of sado's who've gone private!
