some definition of Gotras , in hinduism?

hindus have varnas, castes and to top it Gotras.even in 21 century times of india sells bulk of it's daily news papers to match makers based on Gotras . IT'S TIME TO CRACK DEEP into the DNAs. will someone help?

I 've learnt that a Gotra is the name of the Sage, whose progeny / descendants form a group. They are not to marry among themselves.
Muslims too have groups like Sayyeds, Shaikhs, Khans, Ashraff, Ansaris, Zaidis &c.

according to hinduism, all the hindus are children of the head sages and they arent suppose to marry within the same gotra, they regard each other as brother sister... it has nothin to do with DNA.
and before saying anything bad abt other'r religion, think how wud u feel when other say crap abt urs.... u kno there is somethin called "karma".... it'll come back to u.. i m sure abt it..... keep waiting.

Secondly, Your bogus religion (islam) discriminates against the entire female race as well as the entire non-muslim world. Islam says that anyone who is not a muslim is destined for hell and that a muslim can kill any non-muslim if he wishes to see it as a just cause. That is what a barbarian religion you follow. Gotra represent one's ancestor. It will not change even in 221 st Century. Whom to help whom? No Hindu Traditional matter requires any one' s help please. Spectate or shut-down eyes. Do not try to interfere in to un-necessary things which won't pertains you. OK
