You can not have latest Pc for this price... what impact by ur question comes is that you are will for gaming....

MSI K9AVM (Upto 1 gb shared memory for graphics)
RAM 2 GB
HDD 250 GB Sata
Samsung DVD RW
Monitor as per your choice... i sugest for Samsung only
KB & Laser Mouse (iBall)
Speakers iBall/Intex
Cabinate iBall Baby 306
UPS iBall if you have power problem/fluctuations in your area. do not consider ups as backup device. it is insurance for your PC.
This config wil cost you 30-35k in assembled and 35-40 k in branded. if you wanna go for licensed os, go you branded but for pirated s/w, assembled will be cheaper

company is the best for lower cost but if u want best for higher cost assembled is the choice

Branded is costly. Assembled is cheap.
