I am working on giving up the carbonated drinks and the other which will be sodium. I already take stairs rather than the elevator, pack lunch rather than eat out, and walk at least five miles a day.

I've already done A through D. I think I need to step up the frequency and variety of workouts. I splurge on my Eat Anything I Want day every couple of weeks with carbonated drinks and some hideously fattening food or a dessert. The only thing I've given up 100% is alcohol and tobacco.

I don't really have to change anything in the A-C category because I don't drink carbonated drinks, I usually do take the stairs, and I very rarely eat out.

I'm already starting to give up my Dr Pepper addiction due to the fact that I don't want to get diabetes since it's very high in my family. Initially, I was drinking about a 2 liter bottle a day, but so far, I'm down to about a can or a 24oz bottle every other day.

i cant take b, im living on the 13th floor
i dont really drink carbonated drinks, i mean im not a fan
c, im frugal so homemade meals are still the best. lol
so id take D...but then again, its my polls and surveys time lol

a). give up all carbonated drinks...I drink alot of them & I don't think b or d would really help if I kept on drinking those carbonated drinks as much as I do *although I do drink more water than those drinks*

c. as long as the lunch you pack is a healthy one. One medium sized Whopper Jr. combo meal is 1,000 calories. so, it shouldnt be to hard to do better than that.
